Natalie Maines teaches Civics 101
Today Dixie Chick Natalie Maines gives us a lesson on the civic virtues of patriotism:
"The entire country may disagree with me, but I don't understand the necessity for patriotism," Maines resumes, through gritted teeth. "Why do you have to be a patriot? About what? This land is our land? Why? You can like where you live and like your life, but as for loving the whole country… I don't see why people care about patriotism."Next week we hope to give you Natalie Maines teaching either Theology 101 or Economics 203.

She just doesn't get it, does she? Hello????!!! The wheels have fallen off "ladies". You can't sell out concerts here in the U.S. so you have to go to those other "hotbeds" of country music: Canada and Germany??? in order to sell out your concerts????
But go ahead...keep flappin' your gums. Maybe the next time you go out on tour, even Canada and Germany won't have you. Then you can sell out at the next hot spots of country music, Sri Lanka and Paraguay. All the "best" to ya.....
