And they said he wasn't funny anymore ...
An interesting post today in the Whistleblower blog of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune that shows a ballot contested by the Al Franken campaign. A recount is underway in the U.S. Senate race between Franken, the former SNL writer/actor, and incumbent GOP Sen. Norm Coleman. Franken trailed by 211 votes after the first count.
Here's the ballot:
What do you think? Was the voter's "intent" clear enough, even if they had a bit of trouble staying within the lines?
To my eye, the ballot is clear enough, it's definitive enough, and gosh darn it, it's a good ballot.
But you wouldn't believe some of the deranged comments left by the Moonbat Kool-aid drinkers. They'll simultaneously amuse you and depress you.

This amazes me in every way. The argument is that it looks like the voter changed his/her mind and crossed it out...if that is the case...then in my opinion it looks as though he/her saw his/her other two options and decided that his/her original decision should be the one to stand.
And after typing that, I'm finding myself glad that I am not an inclusive language person when it comes to the Bible or the liturgy...
