Arrest made in mystery jet flight

A 22-year-old Buford, Ga., pilot -- who was not rated to fly the jet he is alleged to have 'jacked -- is charged with briefly stealing a $7 million Cessna Citation jet for a 350-mile joy ride. Apparently some of his passengers spilled the beans.

The plane was flown between Saint Augustine, Florida, and Gwinnett County, Georgia over the weekend.

The man is identified as Daniel Andrew Wolcott.
Wolcott has a commercial rated pilots license but is not licensed to fly that type of plane, police said. The exact circumstances of how Wolcott obtained the plane were unclear.
That lack of information will be rectified in court, we would imagine.
